Membership Forms
Your membership provides the needed tools that help the volunteers everyday in their work and services within the G/L Community Center & Trust Fund. All memberships and donations are acknowledged in writing. Your contributions are tax deductible to the full extent permitted by law. We are a 501 C-3 tax exempt organization.
Membership annually costs $20.00 and can be renewed at any time.
